Shashank has over a decade of professional work experience in valuation and transaction advisory services, with expertise in valuing technology companies and early-stage companies.

 

Having worked with 500+ companies his unique skills in re-engineering and transforming client businesses and
processes have helped many companies improve ROI over time. His responsibilities include valuation and transaction advisory service experience on projects related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning, estate and gift tax, financial reporting, portfolio valuation, employee stock ownership plans, and litigation.

Shashank leads the operations of the company. He also plays a key role in mentoring teams on project execution, as well as managing portfolio valuations. Prior to EquitAdvisors, he had stints at MNC companies, such as PWC, Nomura, and Société Générale. Pratik holds an MBA from IIM, Lucknow. He loves to catch up on his favorite sport, Cricket, over the weekends.

Shashank is an avid reader of fiction and classic novels and champions the cause of animal welfare.
